Born on March 30, 1948, Jordan competed in motor racing's junior series before becoming a driver manager and then a team owner.
A graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, he as also been signed up with Fusion Models NYC.
Sunita, who arrived at the station with the STS-116 mission, replaced European Space Agency Astronaut Thomas Reiter on the Expedition 14 crew at midnight on December 12.
